- Delivery as single parts, pairs or assemblies, with the same leak-test readiness as the chamber
Review first, then agree the process
Drawing review defines the material, turning sequence and mating relationship. Knife edges and sealing faces are turned in one setup, grooves are machined to drawing, and where the drawing is silent the mating standard part is measured and cross-checked. Welded parts receive sealing-face finishing and re-check after welding; leak testing follows the agreed scope.

- Material grade, sealing-face and surface requirements
- Quantity, delivery form (single, pair or assembly) and leak-test requirements
