真空炉的结构设计有正确顺序：工件怎么进、热往哪走、壳要多厚、泵配多大、联锁怎么锁。顺序错了，装料口会开错、热区塞不进、壁厚算三遍。本文把五个决定逐个算一遍。

The order matters: how the load enters, where the heat goes, how thick the shell must be, how large the pumps are, how the interlocks are wired. Get the order wrong and the door, the hot zone and the wall thickness all get redone.

Chamber steel: 304L or SUS316L?
Most chambers are adequately served by 304L. 316L is selected where the process atmosphere is corrosive or the drawing specifies SUS316L. Where the choice is unclear, state the operating conditions in the RFQ and the recommendation will be based on them.
